Our service

Food Call operates an independent phone ordering hotline. When you call, we help connect you with a participating restaurant or delivery partner able to fulfill your order. We are not a restaurant, and we do not prepare or deliver food ourselves.

No affiliation with any brand

Food Call LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific pizza chain, fast food brand, or restaurant. Any brand names mentioned during a call are used only to help us identify what you're looking for.

Orders, pricing, and delivery

Menu availability, pricing, order accuracy, and delivery times are determined by the restaurant or delivery partner you're connected with, not by Food Call LLC. Any issue with an order itself should be raised with that restaurant or delivery partner directly; we're glad to help point you in the right direction if you call us back.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our hotline and website only for legitimate ordering purposes and not to misuse the service in any way that disrupts it for other callers.

Limitation of liability

Food Call LLC is not responsible for the quality, safety, or timeliness of food prepared or delivered by a restaurant or delivery partner we connect you with.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our hotline or website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
